Package Your Return: We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material.
There are no charges on Return shipping under 15 day retrurn policy for any Resizing, Exchange or Refunds. Contact us and we will arrange for return pick by our authroized shipping partners. Please retain all shipping materials for our shipping company pick up and/or inspection.
Credit card purchases will be refunded against the credit card, or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 -12 working days from the date that zivar.in has received your return for your account to be credited. If you have made a purchase through NEFT or IMPS, your refund will take approximately 4-5 working days from the date of the return's receipt.
