Shipping ChargesĀ 

We are currently offering free shipping for all orders delivered within India. International shipping cost would be charged additional countrywise.

Delivery Locations Within India

Zivar ships products to most major cities in India through reputed couriers like Blue Dart. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. Considering the valuable merchandize, we may not be able to deliver to some remote locations.

We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times. We will keep the customers informed of our developments.Ā 

Delivery TimeĀ 

Products are shipped from our nearest warehouse location in 2-4 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability. It may take another 2-6 business days for it to be delivered to the customers excluding the date of dispatch. Thus the total time for an order to reach the customer is 3-10 business days within India excluding the day when the order was placed.

International shipment might take 10 - 12 working days once cleared byĀ Indian customsĀ dispatched.

Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled.Ā 

Delivery modeĀ 

Products are delivered through our network of couriers like Bluedart, BVC Logistics, India Post & Fed Ex.

Packing & InsuranceĀ 

Ā We pack all your orders in a safe way in tamper proof and rigid packing boxes to ensure no damage to the items inside. We also take insurance for one way transit from our warehouses to the customers address.Ā 

Non Delivery of ProductsĀ 

If the Order delivery confirmation is sent by email or SMS, it indicates the product has been delivered. Please check with your family members for confirmation if you are not Ā present at shipping address.

If the order status is indicated as "returned" the package is returned due to incorrect address. The shipment would be sent again through courier once our customer care team speaks to the customer and gets the correct address for delivery. However, additional charges may apply for the same.

We will make our best efforts to deliver the products on time. However delays in delivery due to unnatural events like riots, bandhs, natural calamities are out of our control and may affect the delivery schedules. Any issues arising at the couriers end are also out of our control. However, we will try our best to ensure delivery of products at your door step.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are sent via International Speed Post (EMS) through BVCĀ® Logistics & Fed Ex. Orders shipped outside India are subject to all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the country of import.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

At the time of purchase, you will be charged for the total amount of your order from Zivar. When your shipment arrives at your country's customs office, thereĀ could also beĀ taxes, fees, and import duties chargedĀ additionallyĀ to your order total. These additional charges are to be paid by the customer. Customs charges will vary per item and per country,Ā and cannotĀ be calculatedĀ beforeĀ shipping your order. You can get details of duties, fees and import taxes from your local customs office.

Shipping and Delivery for International Orders

Zivar ships all international orders with additional charge. You will receive a copy of Ā e-mail with shipping details when your order is shipped. Our online order tracking feature allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Limitations and Restrictions

Products shipped with international ordersĀ might notĀ meet the regulations and requirements of the destination country. As the importer of the product, the customer should make sure that there are no restrictions against the import of the product to their local address or country.The regulations of destination countries are subject to change to accommodate global economy fluctuations. Zivar reserves the right to refuse to ship an international order at any time. If there are any problems or restrictions preventing the shipment of your order, our representative will contact you via email as quickly as possible.Due to the customs procedures and additional paperwork required to ship diamond jewellery items from one country to another, we do not offer ring resizing & return & Exchanges services for international orders.

PrivacyĀ 

International orders could be opened and examined for security reasons or customs purposes. Details about your order couldĀ be shared with shipping companies and customs officials.

Return and Exchanges on International Orders
